As the back-to-school season approaches and stress levels increase, teens are even more likely to develop acne, said Crystal Wellman, a Master Aesthetician and owner of Crystal Clear Acne Clinic in Fredericksburg.
“Most teenagers’ acne clears up in the summer months when their stress levels decrease and they spend more time outdoors,” Wellman said. As the fall semester approaches, Wellman recommends these six tips to reduce acne:
