VDOT crews are working 24 hours a day using 1,000 pieces of equipment to clear 4,615 miles of secondary roads in the Fredericksburg District.

Subdivision plowing January 25 will consist of an initial pass to provide motorists a way to reach the main roads.
Downtown businesses may be open, as owners decide. Call ahead to make sure.
Despite the improving weather, motorists are urged to remain off the roads today.
Cars should be moved from these downtown streets by 3 p.m. Sunday, the City of Fredericksburg said.

There will be single lane traffic overnight at mile marker 131 on Tuesday, Jan. 19, and Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016.
