VIDEO: VDOT tells Stafford Supervisors that a plan is in place for potholes AND for cleaning ditches that have been backing up and causing some road flooding.

Starting Monday, VDOT will begin work to improve the Route 3 Business (Kings Highway) and Route 606 (Ferry Road) intersection, located in the Ferry Farm area of Stafford.

VDOT says expect daytime and overnight lane closures on I-95 northbound and southbound

Inside left lane on Route 17 northbound and southbound will close at Exit 133/Falmouth in Stafford beginning Wednesday, Feb. 20 for construction of new Route 17 overpasses

Sunday, Dec. 16 – Monday, Dec. 17
10 p.m. I-95 Southbound will be reduced to a single lane overnight for a mobile operation to improve pavement markings in the work zone.
4:30 a.m. All travel lanes on I-95 southbound and Courthouse Road will reopen.
