Two teens from Stafford arrested
Darius Appiah’s body was found in a section of Hazel Run near the intersection of Lafayette Boulevard and Blue & Gray Parkway, members of Appiah’s family confirmed to the Free Press.
Through their investigation, the Stafford County Fire Marshal’s Office determined the fire was set intentionally.
18-year-old charged
