From the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank:
With the Thanksgiving holiday on the horizon this coming week, we only have special food distributions scheduled for three days during the week, but we will have five distributions of free, supplemental groceries including three fresh market distributions emphasizing fresh produce for those who can benefit from those services.
On Monday, November 20, we will have a drive-through distribution at the Fredericksburg Convention Center (2371 Carl D. Silver Parkway, Fredericksburg) from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, November 21, we will have a fresh market distribution from 11:00 a.m. – noon at Healthy Families Rappahannock Area (4605 Carr Drive, Fredericksburg). A second distribution on Tuesday will be held at Keswick Park (7710 Folkstone Drive, Spotsylvania Courthouse) from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. courtesy of our partnership with Spotsylvania Parks Recreation.
Then, on Wednesday, November 22, we will have two more fresh market distributions, with the first one from 10:00 a.m. – noon at Hematology-Oncology Associates of Fredericksburg (4501 Empire Court, Fredericksburg), followed by another one from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Fredericksburg Christian Health Center (1129 Heatherstone Drive, Fredericksburg).
