The cold temperature and rainy atmosphere did not slow Stafford down. They won numerous events and placed second place overall.
First Sergeant D.W. Fetterolf won the Captain Tom Hoover Spirit Award for his sportsmanship, teamwork, and fellowship.
Captain J.A. Bice led the SWAT Team to their victories. Stafford County medics assisted the SWAT team throughout the day.
