Caroline County Sheriff, Scott Moser says you will begin to see new, more modern markings on Caroline Sheriff’s Office vehicles. Sheriff Moser said after taking office on January 1, 2023, deputies expressed interest in changing the design of sheriff’s office vehicles, which had been the same since 2004. Sheriff Moser challenged sheriff’s office employees to create the new design, which led to a group effort and final design.
Sheriff Moser stated, “I am very proud of the vehicle design created by your CCSO deputies. This new design brings a modern look to the CCSO, which is a reflection of the progressive efforts of the CCSO to stay ahead of progress, growth, and technology.
As of now, only 2 vehicles are currently on patrol with the new design, as future vehicles are purchased, they will be equipped with the new design. Sheriff Moser said it could take several years or more for all Caroline Sheriff’s Office vehicles have this new look.
