Virginia Court records show that former Spotsylvania School Board Chairman Kirk Twigg was indicted Feb 21 on charges of Forgery of Public Records and Destruction / Tampering of Public Records from a June 21, 2022 incident.
The forgery charges are a Class 4 Felony, and the destruction charges are a Class 1 Misdemeanor.
