Cones were on downtown streets before sunrise for The Great Train Race. Arsenal Events was constructing the start and finish lines hours before the first runner took off. And Brian Pessolano and the Fredericksburg Area Runing Club had volunteers positioned at intersections…among other things. Brian even unfurled the American flag that hung at the train station.
