Updated #COVID19 hospitalizations in Mary Washington and Stafford Hospitals as of 8 a.m. on September 20. These patients all need care for their COVID-19. The number of patients on ventilators has tripled since last week. Remember the graphic doesn’t include all the other patients in our hospitals.

To give you a different perspective, during the week ending 9/11/21 in Virginia, unvaccinated people developed COVID-19 at a rate 15.6 times that of fully vaccinated people, were hospitalized for COVID-19 at a rate 14.2 times that of fully vaccinated people, and died at a rate 11.7 times that of fully vaccinated people.
