Fredericksburg Police Chief Brian Layton told City Council that all but two of the 60+ recommendations by the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) have been implemented–and those two will be completed soon.
Chief Layton says City Police are progressive and professional and are better prepared to handle all types of situations in the future. Praise for the department from all members of City Council.
