We would like to thank all citizens who came out tonight to have their voices heard. You were heard loud and clear. We were honored to stand with you, kneel with you, and ensure your safety. As Pastor Kalenga said tonight during his speech, love conquers all. We are always proud to be a part of the Culpeper community.
“No one hates bad cops more than good cops,” said Chief Chris Jenkins. “The actions of those four officers in Minneapolis do not represent the hardworking men and women of the Culpeper Police Department. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with the family and loved ones of Mr. Floyd.”
