The Fredericksburg School Board has named Dr. Tim Duffy the new principal of James Monroe High School. He’s been with City schools for 13 years beginning as a teacher at Walker Grant Middle School. Since then he has served as an Assistant Principal at both Walker
Grant and JM.
Duffy has degrees from UVA and Mary Washington College. He also serves on Fredericksburg City Council.
