The Fredericksburg School Board has named Dr. Tim Duffy the new principal of James Monroe High School. He’s been with City schools for 13 years beginning as a teacher at Walker Grant Middle School.  Since then he has served as an Assistant Principal at both Walker
Grant and JM.
Duffy has degrees from UVA and Mary Washington College. Â He also serves on Fredericksburg City Council.
