Some state lawmakers and advocates are again trying to pass a law banning handheld cell phone use in Virginia. You cannot text and drive but you can hold your cell phone and talk.
At a Richmond press conference on Tuesday sponsored by Drive Smart Virginia, Christina Dempsey of Fredericksburg spoke and told the story of her family tragedy.
