From Fredericksburg Police:
The pictured female entered the CVS (located at 4201 Plank Rd.) on January 4, 2020 at 3:32 p.m. and attempted to use a stolen credit card to purchase various items and gift cards. She arrives as a passenger in a dark colored minivan and leaves without any merchandise, however, the charges were still applied to the victim’s account. She appears to be a white female, approximately 20-30 years of age with brown hair. She is seen wearing sunglasses on the top of her head, a long black parka-style coat with furlined hood, black shirt, light colored skirt, and knee-high black boots.
