New Henrico Fire Chief has deep ties to this area

Oughton had been the deputy fire chief before he took over as acting chief in December. He’s been with the department for 20-years. His connections to this area are deep. Besides living in the area many years, he and his wife started the Grace Oughton Cancer Foundation after their daughter passed away.
