Police are still trying to ID the victim. The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy was on routine patrol on River Road early Saturday when he saw a body on the side of the road. The man had trauma to his body. Police have released a picture of a tattoo on the victim’s forearm. The tattoo is described as a female “shushing” with a finger over her lips and a blindfold over her ears and eyes.
