Early spring hours at battlefield parks

From Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park
Early spring hours of operations for all public buildings of Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park will span from Monday, April 9 to Wednesday, May 9, 2018.
The hours will be as follows:
Fredericksburg Battlefield Visitor Center: daily, 9-5

Chancellorsville Battlefield Visitor Center: daily, 9-5
Chatham Manor: daily, 9-4:30
“Stonewall” Jackson Shrine: Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 9-5
Wilderness Exhibit Shelter: staffed weekends, 9:45-5:00
Spotsylvania Court House Exhibit Shelter: staffed weekends, 10-6

Ellwood Manor: weekends, 10-5

The following walking tours will take place on most weekends. Please check the park website or call one of the visitor centers for more specific information.

Sunken Road Walking tour:
Weekends at 11:25, 1:25, 2:25 and 3:25,
meets at the Fredericksburg Battlefield Visitor Center
Jackson Wounding Walking tour:
Weekends at 11:25, 1:25, 2:25 and 3:25,
meets at the Chancellorsville Battlefield Visitor Center
No Turning Back Walking tour:
Weekends at 11:30 and 2:30,
meets at the Wilderness Exhibit Shelter

Bloody Angle Walking tour:
Weekends at 1:00 and 4:00,
meets at tour stop number 3 on the Spotsylvania Battlefield

This schedule is anticipated to remain in effect through Wednesday, May 9, after which the Jackson Shrine will be open daily.
