Public Meeting February 21 on Caroline Street Water and Sewer Lines Project

City of Fredericksburg staff will hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017, to answer questions about the Caroline Street infrastructure improvements project, and how it will affect residents and businesses in the 500 block of Caroline St.

The meeting will be held at the Courtyard Marriott Fredericksburg Historic District, 620 Caroline St.

The Department of Public Works will begin repairs to the water and sewer lines in the 500 block of Caroline Street on March 6. The project is expected to take about two months, and will involve disruptions to parking and through traffic during the daytime working hours, city staff said.
