The Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Warrior Foundation held their 10th annual Polar Bear Plunge in Fredericksburg on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017.
Teams, many dressed in costume, took a quick dip in the frigid waters of the Rappahannock River at City Dock.
The event is a fund raiser to support the foundation’s mission of helping EOD warriors and their families.
