The FY 2017 Recommended Budget totals $487.9 million – an increase of $20.4 million (4.4 percent) compared to the FY 2016 Adopted Budget. When capital projects funds are excluded, the FY
2017 Recommended Budget is a $10.6 million (2.5 percent) increase over the FY 2016 Budget.
The FY 2017 Recommended Budget funds an average pay increment of 2 percent for county employees.
