Nine-month-old Brennan Duffy won the B101.5 FM Family Fun Fest Diaper Derby April 18 at Spotsylvania Towne Centre. Top prize was $500 and a basket of goodies from Westmoreland Berry Farm and Market, cosponsor of the derby.
