Tuesday, March 31
Adriana Puckett and Christie Hoerneman from Central Rappahannock Regional Library will highlight the many eReading opportunities the library provides, and preview CRRL-Con, the April 25 comic book convention coming to England Run Library.
Wednesday, April 1
David Berreth, director of Gari Melchers Home and Studio at Belmont, will discuss the April 12 Spring Open House. “It’s a free admission day to welcome the community during the most colorful time of year in the gardens,” he said.
He’ll also talk about a new spotlight exhibition featuring Melchers’ “The Crimson Rambler,” on loan from a private collection, and building preservation projects at Belmont.
Thursday, April 2
A coalition of Fredericksburg faith leaders including Sheikh Rashid Lamptey, Imam and director of the Islamic Center of Fredericksburg; Rabbi Jeremy Weisblatt of Beth Sholom Temple; The Rev. Joseph Hensley, rector at St. George’s Episcopal Church; The Reverend Gay M. Rahn, associate rector at St. George’s Episcopal Church; and The Rev. Dr. Aaron Dobynes, pastor at Shiloh Baptist Church (Old Site); will discuss Interfaith collaboration and how to bridge differences.
Friday, April 3
