Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office arrest report for June 9 – 15, 2014.
Theft
On 6/14/14, Deputy M. Jones arrested Andrew Adorni, 29 (no fixed address) for Shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
On 06/13/14, Deputy Boone arrested Alexis Pennibecker, 20 from Spotsylvania in the 10000 Block of Southpoint Pkwy for Felony Shoplifting.
On 6/12/14, Deputy Spillman arrested Lisa Pluska, 44 of Spotsylvania for Shoplifting at the Payless at Cosner Corner.
On 6/11/14, Detective J.D. Harris obtained arrest warrants and served them on Daryl Sloan, 22 of Orange and Eric Repass, of Orange for 4 counts of Breaking and Entering and 4 counts of Conspiracy to Commit Breaking and Entering in Spotsylvania County.
Assault
On 6/14/14, Deputy M. Jones arrested Charles Ratcliffe, 42 of Spotsylvania for Assault, Public Intoxication, Obstruction of a County Employee under county code 14-2, and Preventing a 911 Call.
DUI
On 6/15/14, Deputy M. Jones arrested Justin Curtis, 23 of Spotsylvania for DUI and Refusal. The incident stemmed from a traffic stop at Courthouse Rd and Bradley Ln.
On 6/14/14, Deputy Wright arrested Ryan Richardson, 46 of Spotsylvania for DUI, Refusal, and Driving Without a License resulting from a traffic stop on Old Plank Rd.
On 6/14/14, Senior Deputy Payne arrested Nolan Forness, II, 42 of Arlington, VA for DUI and Refusal resulting from a single motor vehicle accident on Orange Plank Rd.
On 6/14/14, Sergeant Wahl arrested David Crite, 30 of Spotsylvania for DUI at Courthouse Rd and Southpoint Pkwy.
On 6/10/14, Deputy Polliard arrested Michael Martin, 21 for DUI and Refusal. This was a result of a traffic stop for defective tag lights. Michael was stopped at the Wa-Wa on Harrison.
Narcotics
On 6/14/14, Deputy Lamont released Matthew Smith, 33 of King George for Possession of a Hypodermic Needle on an assist medical call on Hill St.
On 6/13/14, Deputy Papke arrested Niiadotey Newbold, 18 of Spotsylvania for Possession of Marijuana. The arrest stemmed from a check of a suspicious vehicle at the Peace United Methodist Church on Maple Grove Dr. Niiadotey was released on a summons.
On 06/13/14, Deputy Buccola arrested James Cody Campbell, 24 from Bumpass, in the 8000 Block of Crismond Lane for Possession of Schedule III Narcotics, Trespassing, and numerous Felony and Misdemeanor Warrants through Stafford County.
On 6/12/14, Deputy Friedman arrested Joshua Williams, 26 of Spotsylvania for Obstruction of Justice, Possess Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Stolen Property as a result of a search warrant on Summerfield Ct. Deputy Friedman also arrested Donovan Cannedy, 29 of Spotsylvania for Possession of Ammunition by a Convicted Felon as a result of the search warrant.
On 6/9/14, Deputy Polliard charged Robert Durante, 29 of Fredericksburg with Possession of Marijuana near RT1/I95 over pass. The incident stemmed from a traffic stop for tinted windows.
On 6/9/14, Deputy Kelley arrested Amanda Campbell, 25 for Possession of Heroin and Paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop on Spotsylvania Avenue.
Arrests
On 6/14/14, Deputy J. Morris arrested Kelly Harris, 38 of Louisa for Public Intoxication at 8533 Jefferson Davis Hwy (Sheetz).
On 6/14/14, Deputy J. Love arrested Jennifer Finazzo, 40 of Spotsylvania for Public Intoxication at WA-WA Cosner Corner.
On 6/14/14, Deputy C. Smeal arrested Benjamin Daily, 19 of Staunton, VA for Public Intoxication and Underage Possession of Alcohol.
On 6/12/14, Deputy Walsh arrested Chance Morris, 19 of Spotsylvania for Drunk in Public in the 400 block of Albany St. This stemmed from a disturbance call in the roadway.
On 6/11/14, Deputies Medina and Griffith arrested Donnell Easter, 20 of Spotsylvania and Jonathan Milton, 20 of Spotsylvania for Felony Threat to Bomb or Burn, Assault and Battery, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of handgun Under 21, Possession of Concealed Weapon in the area of 3700 block of Loren Drive.
On 6/12/14, Deputy Kcraget arrested Yesenia Valadez, 27 of Spotsylvania for Felony Child Endangerment in the 11000 block of Copeland Court.
On 6/10/14, Deputy Wright arrested Richard Dovidio, 53 of (no fixed address) for Public Intoxication at the K.O.A. on Brookside Ln.
