Photojournalist Jeff Kearney recently caught up with DC native-turned-Fredericksburg-resident Emily Woodhull. They talked about her first single, “Virginia, I’m Home,” quitting her job to become a full-time singer-songwriter and launching her career.
Woodhull’s newest single, “Blame It On the Moonshine,” drops next week. A release party is being held April 25 at 911 Charles St, Fredericksburg, doors open at 7:30 p.m. JD Roberts kicks off the night, followed by a full set by Woodhull and then DJ Dren takes over. Get tickets.
