601 Caroline Street in downtown Fredericksburg has become more than just a big, modern building that seemed out of place in a historic city — the “big ugly” as some call it.
It has become home to most city offices and departments and now home to the Fredericksburg Visitor Center. And it has its own name — FXBG City Center.
