- An investment group led by Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Senior Vice President Jamie Scully last month purchased the 3,670-square-foot building at 1700 Princess Anne St. in Fredericksburg that formerly housed a Hardee’s restaurant. The seller was Boddie-Noell Enterprises Inc., and the sales price was $1.2 million. The property is available for lease.
- The 3,700-square-foot office/residential building at 706 Princess Anne St. in Fredericksburg sold last month for $825,000. The purchaser, 706 Princess Anne LLC, plans to occupy the property, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which represented seller Degen-Fairfax LLC.
- River Rock Outfitter will open Friday at its new Downtown Fredericksburg home at 708 Caroline St. River Rock’s Central Park store at 1382 Carl D. Silver Parkway will open April 1.
