I-95 SOUTHBOUND (6:25 a.m.) For motorists stopped between exit 148 (Quantico) and the crash scene at mile marker 146, crews are preparing to guide traffic out using the 95 Express Lanes. I-95 SOUTHBOUND: All southbound lanes are closed south of exit 148 (Quantico) in Stafford County for a vehicle crash at mile marker 146. Southbound traffic detours at exit 148 to Rt. 1 southbound. Traffic can re-enter I-95 SB at exit 143 (Aquia/Garrisonville) in Stafford. Current congestion of approximately one mile. Traffic signals have been retimed along Route 1 to assist with heavier southbound traffic volumes. Use alternate routes to avoid delays.
