The event will feature certified car seat technicians from the City of Fredericksburg Police Department, Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, and Rappahannock Emergency Medical Services Council. The event will also include a variety of free family-friendly activities such as balloon animals, face painting and magic shows in partnership with Branches and Vines farmer’s market.
