Fast forecast

Few showers to start the weekend, but a strong finish

  • Small showers developing late Friday
  • Most of Saturday dry, but afternoon showers
  • Sunny, cooler, less humid Sunday

The warmer weather continues Friday and Saturday with a noticeable increase in humidity.

Occasional showers push across the Fredericksburg region starting late Friday, continuing overnight before a prolonged break on Saturday morning.

A final round of showers — with a potential thunderstorm — comes through late on Saturday, then the sky clears on Saturday night.

Cooler and less humid weather follows for Sunday with sunshine and an afternoon in the upper 60s to near 70.

Normal temperatures next week:

Highs: Low-mid 70s

Lows: Upper 40s
