The King George Sheriff’s Office says yesterday morning they received information that a student on a high school bus possibly had a firearm. Deputies immediately began an investigation and identified the student and bus as it arrived at the high school.
Deputies removed the student from the bus and searched the student’s bag. Two fake/toy firearms were located in the student’s bag as well as a real knife. The 14 year old student has been placed under arrest and is facing charges. The Sheriff’s Office says the investigation is ongoing.
