There have been 208 home sales in the Fredericksburg region since we last reported this list on Dec. 17.
A 3,845-square-foot house at 615 Fauquier St. just off Washington Avenue in Fredericksburg topped the list. That property sold for $1.33 million. Three other sales also topped the seven-figure mark.
The data include home sales in Fredericksburg, Colonial Beach and Caroline, King George, Orange, Spotsylvania and Stafford counties.
