The Stafford Sheriff’s Office arrested a man with repeat DUI offenses just days before Christmas.
The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office says about 2:15 a.m. on Dec. 23, deputies responded to an overturned car at Brooke Road and Eskimo Hill Road.
The Sheriff’s Office says the driver, 34-year-old Julio Villegas of King George, was arrested after authorities said he showed signs of intoxication. The deputy discovered that this was Villegas’ fourth DUI charge in the past 10 years.
He was held without bond and charged with fourth offense DUI, driving revoked, reckless driving, obstruction and driving after forfeiture of license.
