A new home off U.S. 17 in Stafford County topped the list of area sales last week.
The home at 2123 Warrenton Road, which sits on 6 acres, features five bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,100 square feet of above-grade space. It sold for $937,776.
That was one of 72 total home sales last week, according to data from the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. The data include home sales in Fredericksburg, Colonial Beach and Caroline, King George, Orange, Spotsylvania and Stafford counties.
The median sales price for the week was $435,000. The low was $100,000.
