An 8,700-square-foot Lake Anna home built in 2022 topped the list of Fredericksburg-area home sales for the week ending Nov. 26.
The eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom house sold last week for $2.53 million.
That price was almost three times higher than any of the other 123 home sales this past week, according to data from the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. The data include home sales in Fredericksburg, Colonial Beach and Caroline, King George, Orange, Spotsylvania and Stafford counties.
