DO:
-Fully thaw your turkey out ahead of time
-Make sure your fryer is at least 10 feet from any structure, away from things that can burn and on a level surface
-Use a thermometer to accurately measure the oil’s temperature
-Be careful placing the turkey in the fryer to avoid splashing
DON’T:
-Attempt to fry a frozen turkey
-Overfill your fryer with oil
-Use your fryer close to a structure, including under an overhang
