Some Thanksgiving rain, then much colder for several days

  • Occasional light rain Thursday
  • Dry and colder Friday through Sunday
  • Much colder than normal through next week

Quiet weather on Wednesday gives way to occasional light rain on Thanksgiving Day. Rain will not be consistent or heavy, likely totalling less than a quarter-inch.

For those lining up outdoors for Black Friday, daybreak temperatures on Friday in the lower 30s.

Consistently 5-10 degrees colder than normal this weekend and most of next week. Aside from some isolated snow flurries, no significant snow is expected through the first week of December.
