- Foode Executive Chef and Co-Owner Joy Crump recently partnered with George Mason University (GMU) to bring students three new on-campus menu choices this semester: Rosie’s Fried Chicken Sandwich with Bachie’s Pickles and Red Skinned Potato Salad, Breakfast Steak Tacos, and a Power Grain Bowl with Farro and Red Curry Vinaigrette. Crump worked on the initiative with Sodexo and the James Beard Foundation. Crump was on the GMU campus Nov. 6 to highlight and discuss the dishes.
