Ninety-two houses sold in the Fredericksburg area last week, including three for more than $1 million, according to data from the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR).
A three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom lakefront house in Lake of the Woods was the highest-price house to sell the week ending October 29, according to the data. That went for $1.35 million.
Next on the list was a Lake Anna home that went for $1.174 million. Next up was a Downtown Fredericksburg home that went for $1.1 million.
The full list can be found here. The FAAR region includes Caroline, King George, Orange, Stafford and Spotsylvania counties as well as Colonial Beach and Fredericksburg.
The least-expensive house on the list was in Spotsylvania and went for $195,000. That was the only home that sold for less than $200,000.
