A company specializing in spicy chicken with locations throughout the U.S. is coming to Fredericksburg’s Central Park shopping center.
Dave’s Hot Chicken has leased about 2,500 square feet at 1999 Carl D. Silver Parkway in Fredericksburg’s Central Park Marketplace, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, whose brokers Connie Jordan Nielsen and James Ashby IV worked on the lease. The restaurant is expected to open in 2025.
The new location will occupy the same building as the Fleet Feet store (1993 Carl D. Silver Parkway). Dave’s Hot Chicken takes over the space vacated by Premium Spas & Billiards, which relocated to 4264 Plank Road in Spotsylvania County.
Dave’s is the latest hot-chicken entrant into the Fredericksburg-area market. Others include Crimson Coward, Hangry Joe’s and HCK Hot Chicken.
