As schools throughout the Fredericksburg area struggle with teacher hiring and retention, Caroline County Public Schools is seeking creative solutions. The division recruited eight teachers from the Philippines who will begin teaching at the middle and high school this month. Taft Coghill Jr. caught up with the teachers to see how they are adjusting to life in Bowling Green.
