The Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors presents a flag to county resident Fred Brown (pictured center wearing striped shirt) during it’s meeting on Tuesday. Brown leaves soon on a 10-month deployment to the Middle East with the Army Reserves, and will take the flag with him.
