Update: Two lanes of I-95 South now open

Two lanes of Interstate 95 southbound are now open near exit 126 (Spotsylvania) in the Fredericksburg area. A single southbound lane of I-95 remains closed at the scene of a tractor-trailer crash involving hazardous material. Emergency responders remain on scene. The single lane closure may be needed for an extended period to address the crash and its cargo and assess the road for any damage.
