New Fredericksburg Mayor Kerry Devine was joined by newly elected Councilmembers Jannan Holmes and Will Mackintosh in the Oath of Office Ceremony Tuesday at noon in Historic City Hall at the Fredericksburg Area Museum. Councilman Chuck Frye will continue to serve as Vice-Mayor.
