From the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office:
On December 26, 2023 at 6:15AM, deputies responded motor vehicle crash in the 11700 block of Orange Plank Road. Emergency personnel arrived to find a 2003 Honda sedan lost control and struck a tree.
The driver was identified as Timothy St. Peter, 30 years of age from Spotsylvania. St. Peter died of his injuries on scene. The crash is being investigated by the Sheriff’s Office Accident Reconstruction Team.
