Rappahannock Goodwill (RGI) announces the appointment of three accomplished individuals to its Board of Directors. Andre G. Pineda, Dr. Shashuna Gray, and John F. McManus, Esq., join the RGI board to support our mission of helping people find jobs.
Andre G. Pineda, a Financial Advisor and Managing Director at Cary Street Partners, has had a remarkable journey from a legal career to financial advisor. With a strong commitment to community service, Andre’s dedication to making a difference in the lives of others aligns perfectly with
Rappahannock Goodwill’s mission. Over the years, he has been involved with various non-profit organizations, including the Community Foundation of Rappahannock River Region, Big Brother Big Sisters of Greater Fredericksburg, and the Fredericksburg Area Museum.
Dr. Shashuna Gray began her journey at Germanna Community College in 2006 as a biology instructor, where she later served as Dean of Arts and Sciences and is currently the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Workforce Development. Dr. Gray has a passion for education and is committed to providing opportunities for growth. She believes education can transform lives and is dedicated to helping individuals find their unique paths to success.
John F. McManus, Esq., Real Estate Section Chair for Fredericksburg at Hirschler Fleischer, brings his extensive expertise in real estate and business operations to the board. His practice focuses primarily on the Commonwealth of Virginia in Fredericksburg, Blacksburg, and Northern Virginia. John also provides valuable counsel on business operational and transactional matters, estate planning, and more. John is the chair of the firm’s real estate section. His role on the firm’s Board of Directors and as a chair of the Information Technology Committee will be invaluable as Rappahannock Goodwill continues to grow and serve the community.
