VDOT says left turns are no longer allowed from southbound Rt. 17 to northbound I-95 with the new loop ramp to overpass open.
Be aware right now it’s a rough ride on Route 17. VDOT says pavement conditions are temporary until final surface treatment in 2024. This is still an active work zone.
