WATCH: Sunshine Baseball League providing hope and a home for some Afghan kids

The FredNats Sunshine Baseball League powered by REC has included a number of kids from Afghanistan who came with their families to the area when the United States left their country. Kelly Brown of Operation Snow Leopard says, “It’s a baseball league, but the ripple effect is bigger than even community wide because there will be things these children take with them the rest of their lives.”
