It never fails around this time of the year. Mailings flood the region advertising fireworks for sale that are illegal to possess and use throughout the Commonwealth. The flyer pictured are an example of soliciting the sale of illegal fireworks. Items pictured can be very harmful by causing bodily injury and/or fire damage.
If you choose to purchase fireworks, we recommend you make purchases from the stands located throughout the County. This will ensure your goods purchased are legally allowed. A important reminder remains, the use of any fireworks requires adult supervision and strict adherence to product instructions.
