The Stafford Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of over ten catalytic converters in the 400 block of Nelms Circle. The Sheriff’s Office says a business in the area was able to provide footage of the crime occurring. Between 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. an individual is seen tampering with the vehicles. The suspect was described as a thin man wearing a long sleeve hoodie.
